“PEPE” is a tale about a love interest whose attention he desperately craved during the time he was hustling and focusing on his dreams, alas, when he made his big break, he become irresistible to her but it was too late as he had become the centre of attraction for big and better babes. Assisted by Davido, the song is one that would resonate with young guys who faced similar experience when they were on the come up.
