Port Harcourt-based Nigerian artiste, Kevweh makes his entry into the music scene with his debut R&B single, “Waiting” featuring Adrvanne, Revnbow and H.O.M.A.
“Waiting” is a romantic tale about two lovers who started growing apart as a result of trust issues developed in their relationship. Notwithstanding the trust issues, serious efforts were being made by one party to win back the attention of the other. In the process of resolving the differences, the erring party attempts to justify their misdeed on the premise of self evaluation aimed at finding out whether the love affair was real or not.
Produced by Clogz, the young pen-smith, Adryanne opens with a vivid story of doubt and anger with a partner in a relationship, he delivers his verse in a manner that takes cognisance of the female’s point of view while Reynbow adds color to the song with a verse that sides the unrepentant but hurt male lover with flows about how they’ve grown distant overtime and questions about the genuineness of their love relationship. On the last verse, H.O.M.A gives a summary of what love is and the consequential pain that comes with being love struck.
