Emerging rapper, singer and songwriter, Hotkid recently released “Mandem”, a single Featuring Ghanaian rappers DTG and Kwesi Arthur.
On “Mandem”, Hotkid does something different by choosing to use English as opposed to his usual blend of Yoruba and pidgin. By switching styles, the hip hop rapper, Afrobeats singer and songwriter hopes to share a new side with fans on this new boppy tune, which is inspired by the drill genre.
Produced by Jaysynths, the militant mosh-type track finds Hot Kid expressing his thoughts on loyalty in friendships.
