British Singer, Stefflon Don connects with Afrobeats star Midas the Jagaban for this infectious offering titled “Toxic Love”.
The afrobeat-infused production on this collab lays down its high-spirited foundations and Stefflon Don and Midas The Jagaban inject more energy into the track with their playful deliveries. Produced by Rexxie Pon Da Beat, the track sees the artists boasting about success and — and the title makes clear — delving into some unhealthy lovemaking on wax: “You just wan’ drive me crazy, I’m like fuck you, pay me … your love so toxic, baby…”
Steff is never one to shy away from showing her moves, as demonstrated in her visuals for “Can’t Let You Go” and “Dip” with Ms Banks, and she shakes a leg yet again in this colourful, new video alongside a group of dancers. The visuals also end with a touching tribute to director Luke Biggins who sadly passed away last month.
