Alternate Nigerian singer, Johnny Drille has released the performance visuals for his Ladipoe assisted single, “Driving in the Rain”.
“Driving in the Rain” is a track from his debut album, ‘Before We Fall Asleep’. The track is the second time the Mavin duo will be collaborating in 2021. They dropped ‘Hold On’, a sample track of Drake’s hit classic song ‘Hold On We Going Home’, earlier in the year.
The video, which features Ladipoe, adopts an unconventional concept of visualisation different from the usual approach amongst Nigerian artistes. The less than three-minute music video sees Johnny Drille and Ladipoe performing the song to the camera in one take as they cruise around in a black SUV.
