As we anticipate her forthcoming project; Amethyst, singer/songwriter Tomi Owó returns with a new single titled “Bird”.
Produced by award-winning Swedish producer/film composer, Joel Humlén, “Bird” is an eclectic pop fusion sound that tells a tale of freedom, likened to that of a bird, able to fly free, and go where your wings take you.
Speaking on the inspiration behind the song, Tomi Owó stated: “I wrote this song in a time the world had to grapple with ease of movement due to the pandemic, and the same way I imagined myself being out there, free, makes me think about how blessed we are to be able to feel free in our minds and eventually move past things that try to hold us back”.
