Ghanaian artiste and prodcuer Amos K has released a brand new EP dubbed “Tell Them, We Are Coming”.
“Tell Them, We Are Coming” is a 5-song EP with the recurring message of grim persistence, rebellion against tradition and breaking of convention, a theme akin to Amos K‘s last project “The Young Black Boy EP”.
The already released songs “Let’s Go” and “Vanessa” – an experimental altè-trap record encapsulating the quest for a utopian love are the first and last tracks respectively.
Kwame Dabie joins Amos K on a typical rising against all odds rhetoric to preach against an emblematic African stereotype for track two; “Bad Boy”.
The smooth singing part of the rapper jumps on the third track; “Elite” with DND Veno perfectly harmonizing with him.
“Fly High” one of the three self-produced songs complete the list with the other production credits going to Bxndit, 85 Savage and Replica.
This Extended Play is a perfect climax to the Rapper’s year after releasing 5 official songs, 4 covers, 3 music videos and hosting his maiden show all under 8 months.
