Released on February 28, 2025, “City Boy” is a witty composition that glorifies the faced paced lifestyle of his urban settlement of Lagos. The single emphasizes the need for having fun and unwinding amidst the hustle and bustle of the city life; its lyrical theme is centered around rhythmic dance moves and steps that characterize the night life of a typical city boy.
“Everybody wanna move their body to the music, stand down! Yeah we dancing to the rhythm and the bounce now…Mr Mally, show stopper, watch me do the dance now!” he croons, as he further invites listeners to “dance to the rhythm and the bounce… no dulling, no stalling, make we dance now!”
