International R&B Superstar, Craig David and Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage link up in video for their collaborative effort dubbed “Commitment”.
Originally released on February 26th 2025, the single weaves together Afrobeats, pop, and R&B sounds whilst telling a story of the struggles faced in their romantic relationship. Both artists go back and forth with melodious renditions of their side of the story on the Mike Brainchild produced track.
Directed by MFB, the video production gives life to the thematic expression of the song as both artistes cross over from scene to scene to depict their individual perspective on romantic struggles; Craig as a man who feels unappreciated and Tiwa as a woman who’s grown distant. Not only is this one for the history books, it is a testament to the power of transnational collaborations between artistes / talents from across the world as creativity transcends geographical borders!
