French pianist, composer and songwriter, Sofiane Pamart teams up with Nigerian superstar, Rema to deliver a pulsating new single, “Moviestar”.
“Moviestar” was released as part of Sofiane‘s fourth studio album, ‘MOVIE’, taking its place as the 7th track on the LP. On the track, Rema serenades fans and listeners with his impressive lyricism and melodic performance laid bare on the oscar-worthy cinema-ready piano led Sofiane production.
This record is a breath taking, introspective moment for both artists as they unburden their mind and face their demons as the chorus unveils: “My demons, they fight in the heart (Yeah) / Just like a movie star (Movie star) / Slave to my character (Uh) / No matter how (How?) / I try to change the feelings about me (Yeah) / It feels like war / I’m chasing a fantasy now / What if that’s not really me?”.
