Afro-house Queen, Niniola opens up her heart on emotive new EP, “Without You”.
“Without You” is a heart-felt tribute to her late husband, Michael, whom she lost three months ago. In an Instagram post announcing the EP, Niniola reflected on the impact of his absence and said the date was one she could not let pass quietly, describing the body of work as music born out of love and loss, created during a difficult period.
The intimate 6-track EP explores grief, memory, love and healing through music, written and performed in honour of her late husband. The EP carries stories and emotions that could not be fully expressed in words alone, and Niniola chose to voice it out.
