Alte music crooner, R33NZO has released a brand new single, “ego oyibo (mamela mina)”.
“ego oyibo (mamela mina)” is a confident, playful single 1 minute, 17 seconds rendition. The single title translates to a mixture of Igbo (“Ego Oyibo” means foreign/white man’s money) and Zulu/Xhosa (“Mamela mina” means listen to me). Lyrically, R33NZO uses humour and expressive storytelling to celebrate his success, famously delivering lines like “I don get money pass my teacher” while establishing his own lane in the underground music scene.
The single is accompanied by a Bizway films directed video which portrays the rapper in his street element, performing on the streets of Abuja, relating with the locals, whilst maintaining his fresh as he is donned in stylistic black-colored apparels all through the video.
