Nigerian Afrobeats artist, FOLA has released his long-awaited sophomore album, “9”.
“9” is a 14-track project themed around a football striker’s shirt number — symbolising FOLA‘s self-confidence as the artist called upon to deliver a guaranteed “hit”. The project features a star studded line-up of A-list artists including Davido, Ayra Starr, BNXN, Bella Shmurda, Zlatan and Darkoo.
The album follows his highly successful 2025 debut project, ‘Catharsis’, and mixes heavy Afrobeat and R&B elements to deliver a sonically pleasing fusion of sound.
