Nigerian street-pop artist, Kashcoming and fast-rising rapper/producer, Zaylevelten collaborate on a brand new single, “CTRL”.
“CTRL” is a sharp record centred around themes of ambition, independence, financial drive, and maintaining control over one’s own destiny. The song merges Kashcoming‘s signature Lagos street-pop and Afrosounds energy with Zaylevelten‘s experimental contemporary Nigerian alternative rap/hip-hop sound.
The track was produced by skilled Nigerian sound engineer Lilgeebeatz and distributed through Dapper Music & Entertainment under exclusive license. Songwriting credits also include Ashiru Okekayode, Chisom Lucky Okoro, and WiiLii.
