Nigerian Hip-Hop artist, Laime taps Monochrome, DJ Rommie, and PsychoYP for a collaborative rap single, “44 Girls”.
“44 Girls” is a high-energy anthem that leans heavily into themes of bravado, lifestyle excess, and nightlife culture, typical of the modern Nigerian alternative hip-hop and rap scenes. The central theme revolves around a “cocky” and confident attitude. The number 44 in the title operates as a lyrical boast, painting a picture of charisma, widespread appeal, and navigating a crowded room of admirers or conquests.
With four distinct personalities on the track, the song explores how different artistic identities mesh in a party-centric atmosphere. Each artist brings a different layer of confidence—from rapid-fire rap bars to smoother, dance-oriented vocals.
